Sebagai perusahaan distributor, PT Nikimas Usaha Sukses menyalurkan produk industri insulasi diatas kepada perusahaan sub distributor untuk menutupi kebutuhan pasar dalam negeri. Sementara itu, PT Nikimas Usaha Sukses juga menyalurkan produk industri insulasi pada proyek-proyek minyak dan gas bumi yang dikelolah oleh Pertamina, Caltex ataupun perusahaan lain yang turut andil, dan juga proyek pembangkit tenaga listrik yang dikelola oleh PT PLN (Persero)

Produk

Rockfin SPI is rockwool cover insulation made from rockwool felt, impregnated and preformed, rigid sectional pipe section. Each section is split and hinged for easy snap on application. Rockfin SPIis non combustible material according to BS-476 part4, ASTM C612, C592, JIS A 9504, and suitable for hot surface insulation up to 700˚C in continuous operation, the products is also available in facing with aluminium foil

APPLICATION : suitable for steam and process pipe work for energy conservation, process temperature control, prevention of condensation and personal protection in power plant, oil refineries, chemical industries including plant and equipment such as boiler furnace, hot gas duct, oven reactor and kiln. During installation Rockfin should be retained by wire or metal band and protected if required by metal jacketing and other suitable coating

Rockfin RB is rockwool blanket insulation, made of long, fine fibers spun from basaltic rocks, and bonded with phenolic resin and other chemical. Rockwool blanket is  non combustible material according to BS-476 part4, ASTM C612, C592, JIS A 9504, and suitable for hot surface insulation up to 700˚C in continuous operation, the products is also available in various facing material :aluminium foil, kraft paper, fiberglass fabric and polythylene sheet

APPLICATION : energy conservation, process temperature control, prevention of condensation, and personal protection in power plant, oil refineries, chemical industries including plant and equipment such as boiler, furnace, hot gas duct, oven, reactor, and kiln. This rockwool blanket also has excellent acoustic properties in building partition and fire safety performance. Low density rockwool blanket are widely used for roofing insulation in factories building

Rockfin slab is also available in various facing material : aluminum foil, kraft paper, fiberglass fabric and polyethylene sheet.
