HV Turbo

H.V Turbo are the world leaders in centrifugal compressors for aeration applications with over 80% market share for aeration applications across Europe.

Aquatec Products holds the exclusive agency to market compressors and blowers for HV-Turbo A/S of Denmark.

HV Turbo centrifugal units represent state of the art in modern low pressure compressor design and have a unique quide vane and control system to ensure highest possible efficiency over a wide operating range. Each machine is delivered as a packaged, factory tested unit and each has a near constant turn down range from 100% to 45% of design output without change of driven speed. They also have exceptional reliability in service.

The nine model sizes currently available have a capacity range from 2,500 to 100,000 m³ per hour at discharge pressures typically between 40 and 200 kPa.

Guinard

exclusive to Aquatec Maxcon, is currently the worlds second largest supplier of sludge de-watering centrifuges. With an expected performance of 25-30% dry weight achieved for normal sludge de-watering. The all stainless steel Guinard system offers genuine operational economies. Combined with this is a proprietary energy recovery technology which effectively captures non used energy via an onboard generator and reintroduces it to supplement the initial drive power.

Vortisand

This range of pressure sand filters incorporates a centrifugal force that creates a vortex above the raw water. This helps to keep solids suspended. Such action also allows the use of a much finer sand for nominal filtration of 0.45, 2.0 and 5.0 microns. Backwashing frequency is reduced and requires less water. Vortisand offers outstanding filtration at 845lpm/m2, approximately 4 times that of other filters
